Shipment of orders

Light House Accessories ships to Switzerland and worldwide, ensuring fast, safe and traceable delivery.

Courier: Swiss Post – Priority
Delivery time: 1-2 working days
Shipping costs:
- CHF 8 for orders up to CHF 99.
- CHF 12 for bulky parcels
- Free for orders over CHF 150.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

Courier: DHL Express
Delivery time: 2-5 working days, depending on the country
Shipping costs: automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Tracked shipping with link to track package status

Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs.

⏱️ Processing times

Orders with prompt delivery items are shipped within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.
Orders with products not immediately available will be shipped as soon as all items are available.
In case of delays attributable to suppliers or the courier company, you will be notified by email.

Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within the time limit.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors on our part.

Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned goods.
Only the value of the products, excluding the initial shipping costs, will be refunded.
In case of damaged or visibly used items, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage from the refund.
