Light House Accessories
Effective June 1, 2025
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products made through the website www.lighthouselocarno.ch by Light House Accessories, based at Via della Gallinazza 10A, 6600 Locarno, Switzerland. Sending an order implies full acceptance of these conditions by the Customer.
1. Requirements for placing an order
Orders can be placed by individuals or legal entities from all over the world, provided they are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.
All data provided during registration must be complete, current and true.
Light House disclaims any responsibility for orders placed with incorrect data or by unauthorized parties.
2. Prices and payment methods
All prices are given in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT, unless otherwise stated in cases of international sales (customs duties excluded).
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
- TWINT (only in Switzerland)
- Bank transfer
Only advance payments are accepted for international orders.
3. Shipping and delivery
🇨🇭 Switzerland
Shipments via Priority Swiss Post, with tracking included for orders over CHF 150.
Approximate costs: CHF 8.00 – CHF 12.00
Free shipping over CHF 150.
🌍 Foreign
International shipping via DHL Express.
Delivery charges and time vary depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties, local VAT or other taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Light House is not responsible for delays due to couriers or customs authorities.
4. Order processing
- Immediate availability: shipment within 24 working hours after payment.
- Partial availability: shipping once the order is complete.
- Non-stock products: shipment after restocking, subject to supplier availability.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written request must be sent to:

Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and delivery documents.
A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, less any non-refundable damage or shipping costs.
6. Data Protection.
Light House processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD) and the EU GDPR Regulation, where applicable for customers residing in Europe.
Data will be used exclusively for order processing and will never be passed on to third parties not involved in the transaction.
7. Changes to the terms and conditions
Light House reserves the right to change these General Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
