The Customer placing an order for private use must be 18 years of age or older, solvent or legally authorized by parental or guardian authority.

The Customer placing an order for Firms, Entities, Companies must be 18 years of age or older, solvent and legally authorized by the person in charge of the Firm, Entity, Company.

Light House Accessories disclaims any liability in the event that incapacitated or unauthorized individuals act in violation of this rule.

The Customer registers with his/her own data, entering his/her first name, last name, address, valid and truthful telephone number.

It also undertakes to change its personal information whenever it is different or insufficient.

Products on the site may differ in nature, price and assortment from those offered for sale in the Light House Accessories store,Via Bartolomeo Rusca 2, Locarno.

Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included (see shipping and charges).

Possibility of making payment by bank transfer.

Light House Accessories sends the order after payment is made and the required goods are found.

The method for sending is postal, by priority mail.

The cost of shipping varies in accordance with Swiss Postal Rates from CHF 8.00 to CHF 12.00 For amounts over CHF 150.00, the package will be sent by priority mail and inscribed.

Online sales take place only in Switzerland.

Foreign users can request via the Request Form for an overseas mailing which will be processed by payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Card , with different modalities in prices, mailing costs and timing

Light House Accessories sends the order by Mail. Light House Accessories is not responsible for any delays incurred during the transportation service. Light House Accessories is also not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses that preclude receipt of merchandise or additional costs of returns.

Orders entered by the registered customer and already available in the order completeness, will be sent within 24 hours after payment is made.

Orders entered by the customer and not available in the order completeness, will be sent only when the order is fully available and payment is made.

Orders entered by the customer and not available immediately will be sent only after retrieval by Light House Accessories to the respective suppliers. Light House Accessories will endeavor to procure the requested products in a reasonably short time, according to availability from the usual suppliers.

All prices quoted are in Swiss francs including VAT.

All prices are valid for the period of validity of the catalog, unless there are errors in writing, or in calculation.

The valid right of withdrawal is conditional on sending a registered letter within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the following address

A copy of the Delivery Receipt sent with the goods must be attached to it.

The goods must in all cases be in perfect condition.

In case of even partial withdrawal, the Customer must indicate all the data for the reversal of the amount.

Light House Accessories reserves the right to reduce the value of the refund in the event of defects found at the time of return and will not reimburse shipping costs incurred by the customer, either on the outward or return of the package.

Light House Accessories agrees not to disclose the customer’s personal information and to maintain professional secrecy for any sale-purchase negotiations or inquiries made.

Light House Accessories may change, at any time and without notice, the contents of the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sales and this document.

Any changes made will be effective from the date of publication on the Site, as stated in the header of the General Conditions themselves.
