Sending an order implies full acceptance of these conditions by the Customer. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Requirements for placing an order<\/h3>\n\n<p>Orders can be placed by individuals or legal entities from all over the world, provided they are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.<\/p>\n\n<p>All data provided during registration must be complete, current and true.<br\/>Light House disclaims any responsibility for orders placed with incorrect data or by unauthorized parties.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prices and payment methods<\/h3>\n\n<p>All prices are given in <strong>Swiss francs (CHF)<\/strong> and <strong>include Swiss VAT<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated in cases of international sales (customs duties excluded).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Accepted payment methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TWINT (only in Switzerland)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Only <strong>advance payments<\/strong> are accepted for international orders.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Shipping and delivery<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udde8\ud83c\udded Switzerland<\/h4>\n\n<p>Shipments via <strong>Priority Swiss Post<\/strong>, with tracking included for orders over CHF 150.<\/p>\n\n<p>Approximate costs: <strong>CHF 8.00 &#8211; CHF 12.00<\/strong><br\/>Free shipping over CHF 150.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf0d Foreign<\/h4>\n\n<p>International shipping via <strong>DHL Express<\/strong>.<br\/>Delivery charges and time vary depending on the destination country.<br\/>Any <strong>customs duties, local VAT or other taxes<\/strong> are the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n<p>Light House is not responsible for delays due to couriers or customs authorities.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Order processing<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Immediate availability<\/strong>: shipment within 24 working hours after payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial availability<\/strong>: shipping once the order is complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-stock products<\/strong>: shipment after restocking, subject to supplier availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<p>The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 working days<\/strong> after delivery.<\/p>\n\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written request must be sent to:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Light House Accessories<\/strong><br\/>Via della Gallinazza 10A<br\/>6600 Locarno &#8211; Switzerland<br\/>\u2709\ufe0f Email: <a>info@lighthouselocarno.ch<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Merchandise must be returned <strong>in perfect condition<\/strong>, with original packaging and delivery documents.<br\/>A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, less any non-refundable damage or shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data Protection.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Light House processes personal data in accordance with the <strong>Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD)<\/strong> and the <strong>EU GDPR Regulation<\/strong>, where applicable for customers residing in Europe.<br\/>Data will be used exclusively for order processing and will never be passed on to third parties not involved in the transaction.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Changes to the terms and conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p>Light House reserves the right to change these General Conditions at any time.
