Shipping within Switzerland

• Carrier: Swiss Post – Priority
• Delivery time: 1–2 working days
• Shipping costs:

  • CHF 12.– for bulky parcels
  • Free for orders over CHF 150.–

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

International shipping

• Carrier: DHL Express
• Delivery time: 2–5 working days, depending on the country
• Shipping costs: calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination
• Tracked shipping, with a link to follow your parcel

Please note:

Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.

Processing times

• Orders with items in stock are shipped within 24 working hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders with products not immediately available will be shipped as soon as all items are available.
• If there are delays caused by suppliers or the carrier, you will be informed by email.

Returns policy

Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within the stated period.

How to return an item

1. Tell us about the return within 14 days of delivery, by writing to:

   • the products, unused and in their original condition
   • the order number or the receipt

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for faulty products or a shipping error on our part.

Refund

• The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned goods.
• Only the value of the products is refunded, excluding the original shipping costs.
• For damaged or visibly used items, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage from the refund.
