• Delivery time: 1-2 working days
• Shipping costs:
  • CHF 8 for orders up to CHF 99.
  • CHF 12 for bulky parcels
  • Free for orders over CHF 150.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

International Shipping

• Courier: DHL Express
• Delivery time: 2-5 working days, depending on the country
• Shipping costs: automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Tracked shipping with link to track package status

Refund

• Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned goods.
• Only the value of the products, excluding the initial shipping costs, will be refunded.
